Our Story

“Before Nurture, our lives looked successful, but felt overwhelming. As a leader in fast-paced corporate marketing and operations, I worked relentlessly until my body said "enough." A rare, stress-induced venous condition forced me to step back from everything I'd built and reevaluate the meaning of success.

In the quiet moments of recovery, Marc and I discovered a profound truth: work should never come at the cost of your health or happiness. It was a turning point. We decided to build a different kind of business, one that would nurture creativity instead of draining it, and protect people instead of burning them out.

Marc’s deep expertise in marketing, automation, and AI for internal marketing teams aligned perfectly with my passion for creating clarity out of chaos in-agency. Together, we specialized in ClickUp and HubSpot systems for boutique agencies, specifically those at the fragile $500K–$1M growth stage, where a single change can disrupt everything.
